why does poverty exist today?

There are many reasons poverty exist today in the world.one cause that poverty exist today is that people of high class meaning all those people with money are spending all of the money on stuff that they really don’t need. All rich people by doing they are hurting the lower class people meaning people that don’t have money; they hurt them because they are spending the money that they could use to help the ones with humans need. Poverty is mostly cause because rich people take advantage of poor people, one example this is that “rich get richer and poor get poorer” (articlewave…) this quote is telling us that when all rich people are gaining money, that means that they are making other people much more poor, because when someone is making a lot of money someone else is not making any money. From what I understand this is one of the major cause of poverty because other people are starving to death when others are not. This is not the only reason that poverty exist, another reason that poverty exist is war. War is one of the most popular cause of poverty , because all the money that is being spend on killing machines could be used to help people who don’t have anything to live for, people that need food, people that need a warm place to leave and all of those that need money to raise their kids. Instead of helping the world the army is making it worst. Like it claims on (articlewave…) “the quantity the world spends in military, economical bailouts and other areas that promote the wealthy affects those with little money.” This is telling us that when the military is spending millions of dollars on nonsense material they are not helping us fix poverty. In my opinion I like this evidence because is really making us see what we are doing when we buy things that we want but we really don’t need. All of this is making poor people live in less than 2 dollars a day. (Allafrica…)
